On booking you will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation, with the request to pay an initial 25% of the total rental sum (non-refundable) within 2 weeks, payable into the accountnumber mentioned in the acknowledgement. Your reservation will be definite on the receipt of your initial payment. The remaining sum has to be paid not later than three weeks before the date of arrival. You will not receive further notice of this. This only holds for the gîtes.
