Price per week

General information:

• Gas, electricity, heating and tourist tax included
• Deposit: 150 €, to be paid at arrival. If at the end of your stay the gîte has not been cleaned, 75 € will be deducted for cleaning.
• Pets are admitted, maximum 2 per gite. Additional cost 20 Euro/pet/week.
• During the holiday season the letting period is from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the holidays different periods can be agreed upon.
• The swimming pool is open from end of May till mid September
• Duvets and pillows are provided for. Bedding and towels are not included, they can however be hired: bedding 7,50 Euro, towels 3,50 Euro for the entire stay.
• Special offer: when your reservation is for longer than 1 week during fullseason, starting from the 2-nd week a reduction will be given of 15%. Bookings for half- and fullseason made before 1. March 2010 will receive an extra reduction of 5% of the total amount.
• Special offer: bookings for Le Rosier or Le Vignoble in the period September - November or April - June for just 2 persons will receive a reduction of 15%.
