Your stay includes:

  • Dishcloth, dishwashing brush, detergent

  • Administration

No heating in Le Pigeonnier, other gîtes have central heating and/or wood-burning stove. Prices are exclusive of:

  • Deposit (Euro 50, to be paid on arrival)
  • Bedlinen (prices see below, you can also bring your own)
  • Cleaning (Euro 50)

Other possible facilities:

  • If you want to make use of our bedlinen, please indicate on the bookingform. Beds will be made up before arrival. Prices:
  • Bedlinen single: Euro 7,50
  • Towels Euro 3,50 (bath-towel, towel, flannel)
  • Kitchen towels Euro 2,50 (kitchen-towel, teatowel)
Pets
  • Pets are welcome with a maximum of two per gîte. Please indicate on the bookingform whether you bring pets, additional payment of Euro 20,00 per pet per week.
    Arrival and departure
    Arrival and departure are always on Saturday, unless exceptions. On the day of arrival the gîte is available from 16.00 h. Departure before 10.00 h. Because of cleaning and maintenance you are kindly requested observe these hours.
    Cancellation

    In case of cancellation the following should be observed:

    • Cancellation until 28 days before arrival: 25% of the rent
    • Cancellation less than 28 days before arrival: 100% of the rent

    We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance.

    Liability

    Le Métairie Rouge accepts no liability for damages and/or injuries received during your stay, regardless of its origin, unless it concerns culpable negligence. The tenant is responsible for the observance of all obligations deriving from the reservation and the stay, this holds good for himself as well as for all the registered persons and/or visitors.
